Feds sue Sterling for sex discrimination

Buffalo, N.Y.—A federal agency has filed suit against Sterling Jewelers, the parent company of both Kay Jewelers and Jared The Galleria Of Jewelry, alleging the chain discriminated against female employees, court papers say.
