Wal-Mart to revamp its logo

Wal-Mart announced that it is launching a redesigned logo this fall,
USA Today has reported.
Its new logo features the company's name in white letters—without a hyphen—on an orange background, followed by a small starburst.
The change in logo is the big box retailer's latest effort to improve its image. Previous initiatives to win over union-led groups and local communities included redesigned stores and a marketing campaign highlighting Wal-Mart's environmental practices and discounted prescription drug program.
