Tiffany to open a second store in Toronto

Tiffany and Co. has announced plans to open a 6,200-square-foot store in the Greater Toronto area for spring 2009,
Yahoo Finance has reported.
The new store—Tiffany's second location in
Toronto—will be situated in the
Yorkdale Shopping Centre, which now spans 1.6 million square feet and features a 60-foot-high glass atrium.
Design plans for the store include a 25-foot-tall facade with a Mondrian-like stone pattern, a Black
Zimbabwe marble arch, an Atlas Clock above the entrance and the brand's iconic, deco-inspired stainless steel doors.
